NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of SMC Road Race Series Incorporated will be held at Golden Signs, 276 Victoria St, Wetherill Park on Friday 26 August 2022 at 6pm.
At this AGM, a special resolution to consider and if thought fit, pass the following resolution:

Since the 2022 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to immediately follow this meeting, it is hereby resolved that the Election of Officers and General Business be deferred to that meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of SMC Road Race Series Incorporated will be held at Golden Signs, 276 Victoria St, Wetherill Park on Friday 26 August 2022 immediately following the 2021 Annual General Meeting at 6pm.

Election of Officers for 2022-23 will be held during this AGM. Call for nominations for officers will be announced soon.

Registration is open for race six, which is taking place on 20 February.

This race will include a 30km event. If you are training for marathon, ultra-marathon, ultra-trail or you just enjoy running long distance, then this event is for you!

Single race entry for 30km is now available as an option in the registration.

For those who purchased multiple race entries, you may use your available half-marathon entry to do 30kms instead. If you do, you do not need to register. Just let us know by emailing so we can include you in the list of participants for the 30km event.

The 30km event starts at 6:00am and must be completed by 10:30am.
