SMC runners enjoyed a wonderful night of camaraderie and entertainment at this year's SMC Awards Night dinner at Atura Blacktown. We all owe a debt of thanks to Atura for providing a terrific three-course meal, Jana Pittman for her tales, and of course to the organisers of the event. We hope to see even more of you all next year!

We look forward to catching up with those of you who have booked tickets at the upcoming SMC Awards Night. The good news is that we have a packed house. The bad news is that this means that if you have not already booked, then you have missed out. Sorry!

Nominations are called for Committee members for the 2017/18 season. It is proposed that an election of Committee positions will be held at the Annual Awards night on Saturday 5th of August. For those that are not attending the Awards night please advise if you are interested in voting.
